Payment Wallet: We provide a Maverick wallet where you load money and charges made only when you utilise our facility

* Top up: Add money into your Maverick wallet by clicking on the top up icon and using any of the payment gateways we provide. The amount is shown as a Cash balance in your Maverick wallet. The fee for your slots as and when you book is charged from this balance (Pay As You Go). You will not be able to book a slot if there is inadequate Cash Balance in your Maverick Wallet. We recommend you maintain a minimum balance of Rs.1000/- cash balance in your Maverick Wallet. We recommend you maintain a minimum balance of Rs.1000/-

* Bonus: The Bonus shown in your Maverick Wallet refers to the credit points you have received from referrals and other promotions from Maverick. Currently we offer the following Bonuses: a Frequency bonus based on the utilisation of our facility every week, and a Referral bonus when a member referred by you completes their first slot with us. All slot bookings will use the Bonus in full before utilising the cash balances.

* Cancellations: Any cancellations within the cut off period will reverse the original booking and credit the cash or bonus back to your wallet. All cancellation and refund notifications will be sent only in the app under the Communications tab. In the event of cancellation after the cut off period, no refund will be given.

* Statement: Click on the statement link to get an email copy of your usage. All top up receipts will be sent to your email within 24 hours of your payment and the tax invoice for each session will be emailed after completion of the session.

* Tariff: You can check the current tariff using the link under payment wallet . Use the learn more icon to get details of every service listed under tariff.

You can book slots based on your time convenience here OR based on trainer availability using the trainer connect icon.

* Booking a slot: The slots displayed as available are for the default location selected by you. (To change default location please use the Location map icon in the home screen). Click on any date to book / view / cancel your service booking. Services are open for booking only 2 weeks in advance. Based on the service, you can have only a specific number of active slots at any given time. On confirmation of a service slot, your Maverick wallet will be charged. All reminder notifications will be sent only in the app under the Communications tab.

* Bulk Booking: For those who exercise regularly at the same time, use the Bulk Booking to book multiple sessions across the two weeks. That is, for the same time slot and for the same number of users, you can pick the days you would like to book the specific service.

* Privilege booking: If you need to schedule your slots beyond the immediate two weeks, use the privilege booking to schedule your slots at a premium.

* Cancellations: Slots can only be booked or cancelled. To reschedule you have to cancel the old booking and book a fresh slot. Any cancellations within the cut off period will reverse the original booking and credit the cash or bonus back to your wallet.If any participant in a multi session slot cancels the booking before the cut off period, the slot will be converted to the confirmed number of users and members charged accordingly. All cancellation and refund notifications will be sent only in the app under the Communications tab. In the event of cancellation after the cut off period, no refund will be given.

* Adding a Trainer: Maverick invites you to bring your trainer along for a workout. However, the trainer has to be pre-registered with us.  Trainers can register in our portal at www.maverickmygym.in. Registration process takes a maximum of 2 working days. Before booking the slot, ensure the trainer is known to you and has agreed to be part of your training before adding him/her to your scheduled slot. If you would like to get in touch with a trainer already registered with Maverick, view their profiles and select the contact button to get contact details. As Maverick does not share your contact details, you will have to contact the trainer to check terms & availability. On confirmation, select the confirm button to add the trainer. If a trainer is not added to the slot during booking, he / she will be denied access to the studio. We do not charge extra for the trainer’s presence.

* Preferred slots: Add your preferred days and timings in your personal settings to be informed every time the slot becomes available for booking.

* Multiple User slots: We understand that workout is fun with family and friends! We provide a very flexible option for you to bring / invite people to workout with you. You may add guests / members till your slot begins. No member / guest will be permitted without a booking. Here is how it works: The rates for number of users per slot varies for each service studio. When booking a slot, you will be charged the ‘Single’ user rate as you are the initiator of the booking. However, you can add multiple others either guests or other members of Maverick.When you add a guest, their booking is taken as confirmed by you and your wallet charged accordingly. A QR code for their access to the centre will be sent to your mobile number. When you add another Maverick member, an invite is sent to them to join for the scheduled slot initiated by you. They need to confirm the invite within 20 minutes and on their acceptance, their respective wallets will be charged. Till then, the slot is booked only under your name as initiator. As and when people confirm participation and charge their respective wallet(s), refunds will be made to the initiator’s Maverick wallet.

* Example One: You decide to workout with A, B, C & D on a particular day & time. All four of them are Maverick members. You initiate the slot booking and send out invites to them. You will be charged a Single user slot rate. As and when others confirm the slot will be converted to 2, 3 4 or 5 user slot and the difference credited back to your wallet.

* Example Two: You decide to workout with A, B, C & D on a particular day & time. While A, B & C are Maverick members, you wish to bring D along as a guest. You initiate the slot booking and send out invites to them. You will be charged for TWO user slot rate (for yourself & your guest D). As and when others confirm the slot will be converted to 3, 4 or 5 user slot and the difference credited back to your wallet.

* Example Three: You decide to workout with A, B, C & D on a particular day & time. While A, B & C are Maverick members, D is not yet enrolled with Maverick. You will have to invite D to become a member or add him as your guest to proceed. rest of the process is same as option 1 and 2 above.

To book a slot based on trainer availability, use the trainer connect icon in the home screen.  Maverick invites you to empanel your trainer with us. Trainers can register in our portal at www.maverickmygym.in. Registration process takes a maximum of 2 working days. Before booking the slot, ensure the trainer is known to you and has agreed to be part of your training before adding him/her to your scheduled slot. We provide a huge library of exercises and workouts with detailed instructions and animated videos enumerating the muscles used. You can search for a particular exercise by type, name, muscles, common terms etc or you could explore a whole host of workouts presented for men & women, novice, intermediate and expert, to workout with various implements/equipment. Always begin with a WARM UP; Never skip ENERGISING EXERCISE; Finish with STATIC STRETCHES to cool down.

Maverick gyms across India cater to thousand of members on an hourly basis. Some gyms are situated in areas that are restricted for public use; some are specialised as personal wellness studios with access to individuals or private groups. If the centre you are registered in falls under the restricted for general public category, please contact your centre to add you as a member before you begin to book slots. The assessments and suggestions are merely indicative in nature. All nutritional, exercise and lifestyle changes are suggested for the purpose of reducing your stress and enhancing your health. All communications are sent only via the Maverick My Gym App. Please ensure you permit the notification centre on your device to display our messages.
