You have agreed to abide by the following terms and conditions while using Maverick facilities.

 

  1. The management of Maverick does not undertake to assess you medically at the time of admission. Subscribers are therefore advised to take proper medical opinion before admission to the club for using the gymnasium and other facilities offered by the club.
  2. Health club at Maverick is meant for members only. Non-members will not be permitted to use the activities of the centre. For personal wellness studios registration is only via the MaverickMyGym app.
  3. The total number of membership will be limited. The management of Maverick reserves the right to membership and the decision of the management shall be final and binding in all matters relating to admission of members.
  4. Foreign nationals are requested to provide a photocopy of their passport for management’s records.
  5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the health club premises, including changing room, toilets and showers.
  6. The management expects the members while in health club premises, to maintain decent and cultured behaviour and ensure a friendly and peaceful atmosphere.
  7. Disputes and misunderstanding between the members should be discussed and settled outside the health club premises to avoid disturbances and inconvenience to other members. Members are requested to intimate the management should such disputes and misunderstanding arise between the members.
  8. Members are requested to follow guidelines and instructions from our trained instructors or their personal trainers to avoid mishap during their scheduled workouts. Members should seek assistance from their instructors should they want any changes in their scheduled workouts.
  9. The Health club at Maverick does not take any responsibility for the loss of any belongings of the members.
  10. Any cancellation of slots before the cut off period will be refunded in full to the member’s wallet. However, cancellation beyond the cut-off period is not permitted and full charges will be levied.
  11. Clients may choose to withdraw from the Maverick services. Any cash balances in the wallet at the time of withdrawal will be refunded back to the client within 10 working days of receiving an email confirmation of withdrawal. Bonus earned will not be refunded.
  12. The management reserves the right of admission.
